Origin of Rights: Sui Generis explains the complex origin of rights and how people’s misinterpretations of these origins lead to false assumptions about authority.

Terms of Art: The concept of terms of art, where words used in specific contexts have unique meanings, and how misunderstanding these can lead to legal misinterpretations.

Wigmore’s Plain Meaning Quote: Insight into Wigmore’s quote on the plain meaning of words and how the true meaning is determined by the writer’s intention.

IATE – EU terminology database: https://iate.europa.eu/home

This term has since been deleted from the EU term bank:
‘displacing of a new-born child’ “ to allot to a woman a child which she did not bear whether the fraud was committed by herself or by a third party or whether the displaced child and or the mother concerned are only fictitious persons”

The Wigmore Quote:
“The ordinary standard, or ‘plain meaning,’ is simply the meaning of the people who did not write the document. The fallacy consists in assuming that there is or ever can be some one real or absolute meaning. In truth there can be only some person’s meaning; and that person, whose meaning the law is seeking, is the writer of the document.” – Wigmore, Evidence § 2462 (Chadbourn rev. 1981).

We will be covering the following in more detail in a future episode.

The Birth certificate fraud

The information recorded at the hospital or at the home birth if a midwife or doctor is present is used to create the systems (their) Birth Certificate and then their registered “person” being their legal fiction, their character. He who creates owns. The documents are their creation and the Birth Certificate, in the UK, is Crown Copyright, so although they “say” it is “yours”, it is not. Nor are you the database entry, the pieces of paper and electronic data, the fictitious registered “person” they created. You are you, all of you. What they have recorded was created using just a part of you that was cut from you in an act of violence. Your umbilical cord, the placenta and other afterbirth materials are claimed as born alive as a separate entity and are taken from you as abandoned property. [ Venner v State of Maryland “when a person does nothing and says nothing to indicate an intent to assert his right of ownership, possession, or control over such material, the only rational inference is that he intends to abandon the material” https://law.justia.com/cases/maryland/court-of-special-appeals/1976/166-september-term-1975-0.html]. This is the biological material they use to create the fictional registered “person”. It cannot represent the whole you, nor does it acknowledge that you were created at the moment of fertilisation some 9 months or so before your arrival from within mum. So, if you identify yourself as their fictitious created character, their registered person, then they are assuming and presuming that is a choice you have made. Be it by coercion or obfuscation, or out of ignorance, it is still a choice you are making and by identifying as the registered “person”, that act changes your status as you are acting in the capacity of the “person”, and not the in the capacity of man or woman with God given unalienable rights. Identifying as, and acting as the person has consequences.

Anything done ‘in the name of’ the registered person is registered as something the registered person did, although it cannot do anything on its own, being a fictitious character. It’s the same with medical records. They are all records of the registered person. The man or woman acting in that capacity is the ‘moving spirit’ of it, the one that ‘brings it to life’, for the purpose that the act can be recorded as having been done by that registered person. That’s how his-story is written.

These three Crrow777 Radio episodes with Sui Generis (and you might want to look up the meaning of Sui Generis) will also expose a great deal of important information. You will hear about the paper trail that is used to create the fraud.

Adrian your quality of guests & content is outstanding at the moment. These discussions are so important, essential knowledge I'd say. Like yourself I've been amongst this information for 15 plus years, I'm not a natural legal study so it's been slow going at times, which is ok, it helps one stay out of rabbit holes. I enjoy Sui's approach & thought process. When one simplifies matters after years of unneccessary complexity this subject becomes quite exciting. The concept of building up a file of 'their' answers & responses from official information requests is genius & has been very beneficial. As evidence builds a natural process of elimination also occurs, the once foggy, vague subject slowly reveals itself. Clearly those documents bear their seal, they are the author, it is their property, they are the owner. They can't produce any evidence that I am the incorporated person because none exists. John Doe is state created, state registered property, and therefore all responsibility remains vested in the owner. Mr John H Doe, exists in name only, it is state created fiction. An entity is a thing, an object. It has no heartbeat and it is has no breath; ergo it is not living. I am living therefore I can’t be an entity. That would be quite impossible. No one is bound to do what is impossible Despite requests on a number of occasions, they've failed, refused or neglected to deliver to me any evidence of their authority over me. I am not of the country, in reality there is no country, it is a concept geographically, it is also a concept as a body corporate government. They can't deny they're a corporation. US v Minker, 350 US 179 at 187(1956) where the Supreme Court of the United States opined “Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.” Everything is presumed! Presumption of personhood. Their courts make assumptions & treat fiction as fact, all can be rebutted. Fictio cedit veritati – Fiction yields to truth. Fictio juris non est ubi veritas – There is no legal fiction where there is truth. A fiction requires a man or woman to believe in it, they give it life, just as a virus requires belief. If swearing constitutes the groundwork of English conversation. Lying, without any such hyperbole, composes the groundwork of English judicature. The most pernicious and basest sort of lying - lying for, or with, the concurrence and support as well as for the profit of the judge. Look forward to the next instalment, thanks!
