Julie-Anne’s health journey starts with the sudden and tragic death of one of her sons. Depression, and fibromyalgia follow. She was prescribed very strong opioid painkillers. Later she suffered 2 broken arms in a freak boating accident.

She has employed a multi-disciplinary approach to her healing journey including diet changes, homeopathy, EFT (tapping), herbs, CBD oil amongst others.

Her journey continues…

This extraordinary woman's brave and eloquent expression of her 9 year journey is sure to inspire anyone who has felt lost. Even those who don't know that they are. Its ok to not be ok and to travel a journey to wholeness by walking your walk. Even when, as in Julie-Anne's case it was more like a crawl with 2 broken arms and a broken heart! There is no one size fits all to grief work and I honor your courage to speak out to inspire us all; To just keep on keeping on. It is after all the journey that counts and not just the destination. Here's to living in the moment, counting our blessings and trusting. Thankyou Julie-Anne
