Have you ever wondered why the court seems so one-sided? It is because it is. Armed with some basic knowledge if you ever find yourself in court you MUST be aware of the 12 Presumptions of Court and be prepared to rebut the presumptions. Rebut, rebut, rebut.
This video originally had Canon 3228 in the title, referencing the web page I was reading from. Since we have been unable to locate the source document for Canon 3228 on 29th December 2022 I removed Canon 3228 from the title.

I’ve got the Canons of Positive Law and it shows that it is Canon 3227 that gives the 12 presumptions. 🤔

Boviers Law Dictionary states “A lawyer has a dyal position his 1st is to the Court, 2nd Public and 3rd Not the client”. The word Public means Government. So when you say Public record it is still the same thing. Government is a Private Corporation. The illusion it is not has a hold on many. When you see “To serve and protect the Public” who is it then they are really serving?
