Having come to the conclusion that everything I was taught is a lie I have been searching for more accurate information. I was referred to a very long video playlist – 47 videos done by a Russian lady. I found her to be a very free thinker and presented the information in a very easy to grasp way.
Best to go into it with your mind wide open.
