Just as “they” address you by name, when you are writing to “them” you must call “them” out by name.  If you do not, and instead are addressing Dear Sir, or Dear Madam, of The Police, or The Court, The Chief of Police then you are addressing the building which cannot read and cannot write and you will be ignored.

When the men and women play acting as the Council or The Government talk about Smart cities say they have consulted the community did they ask you? Or did they instead consult each other, their community?

    I live in Ohio. 56 years ol, truck driver. I registered my all caps name as an Assumed Name and for Registrant: checked the box as "Name Holder". This gives me legal and good standing, to conduct business. Now, when I and stopped by Police, I show them my ANC or Assumed Name Certificate. I demand to see the Officers ANC. I learned that none of the Police, sheriff, judges, have registered their fictitious business names, on Uniforms or judge name plates. They have no authority to act, or do business.
