CLC Who are Common Law Court?
The Common Law Court is the court of the people, i.e. you and me. We are all volunteers who work for and on behalf of the people to find lawful remedies that use Common Law rather than statutory acts, regulations and codes. All the latter are unlawful and rely on constitutional fraud! The main office is now based in Dundee, Scotland and this covers the world. We are not affiliated to other organisations and do not endorse goods and services create by others. We now have membership from 122 countries. By listing yourself under the Common Law Court and taking ownership of your legal fiction, you can protect yourself, your kids, your property and land from the state. The costs cover the admin only. CLC court orders and documentation are recognised within the statutory system in every country in the world. The Common Law Jurisdiction is superior to the statutory jurisdiction and this has been confirmed by law.
The Police Attestation
Before being sworn in as a Constable, and receiving their police powers, all police officers and
Special Constables must be formally attested before a Justice of the Peace. The officers make the
following declaration:
I do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and
truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness,
integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human
rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to
the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and
prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I
continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and
knowledge discharge all the duties faithfully according to the law.
FAQ #POLICE Dealing with police officers.
- I do not answer questions.
- I do not wish to contract with you.
- Question as the truth can only be spoken out of the mouths of 2 or more men or women, instead ask ” am I obliged to give my name or medical details”….if they say YES, ask to see evidence of that. They will have none. but, asking a question saves you from making a claim which is not the way to do it. ASK Questions !
4. If confronted, stop the conversation immediately,
Film it,
Take their badge number and name,
Ask them if they are a police officer or police constable (most are police officers, i.e. civilians in uniform working for a private for profit corporation – nothing to do with you!)
Ask them if they are acting under their oath. If they still harass you ask them to define ‘policing by consent’!
DO NOT allow them to manipulate you into answering their questions. If you are not confident in speaking to the police, have a written card in your pocket which states “I do not answer questions. I do not wish to contract with you.”
CONTRACTS – A fraudulent contract is one you did not agree to.
You cannot be charged a fee or fine for XXXX unless there is a contract agreeing to this. Contracts, not private corporations make law. A lawful contract (written) requires the following:
- All parties must be living.
- All the terms must be laid out and must be agreed to, by both parties.
- No one can enter into a contract on your behalf.
- The contract must be an agreement between two living individuals and must be signed in wet ink.
- There must be no coercion, duress or threat of loss of harm.
- Without full disclosure, or if the contract is not signed or correctly executed, then it is null and void.
- The contract must be executed in the presence of an independent witness or in the presence of two gov (or company) officers.
- They cannot change a contract without notifying you in advance of any changes. You must be given the opportunity to reject the changes, or the whole contract, if you do not wish to accept those terms.
- There must be a true exchange of value.
Without all of these things, no contract exists. Also, a contract is null and void if you were criminally coerced into accepting it, i.e. You will register or you will be fined or put in jail! (e.g. signing up for income tax!)
Ask them: “If you believe a contract between us exists, or that you have my consent to keep my data, or to issue a fine, please show me the evidence?
By failing to provide me with this evidence you are tacitly agreeing that you do not have such evidence. I am not obliged to perform under a contract I did not knowingly enter into or where the full terms and conditions were not disclosed.”
FAQ #SIGNATURES If you are forced to sign a document by the police or authorities.
- Write VC first before you add your name. This mean ‘Vi coactus’ = Signed under duress. Sign your name as the living man or woman, e.g. Joe of the family Bloggs or :joe :bloggs (or Joe CLC – if a CLC member). After this put All rights reserved.
MEDICAL If you are asked for proof of a medical condition (i.e. for masks etc).
State: You do not have the right to ask me to share CONFIDENTIAL medical information with you. Have you heard of the Data Protection Act? If you force me to do so, that would be criminal coercion for which you would be held liable in your private individual capacity.
JOINDER
The main things that come to mind immediately are:
Always sign as a living man or woman, e.g. :shem-heather :allanson Standing solely under the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court.
Add ‘All rights reserved’ if you sign benefit forms, furlough forms, DBS checks and so on. (Hard to do if you complete online!! Perhaps one of the reasons they want you to complete online as it limits what you can say!).
Put your own postcode in brackets.
You are never a MS, MRS MISS or MR so change your way of thinking and lookout for these everywhere.
If a policeman ever says to you ‘Do you understand?’ – what he actually means is ‘Do you stand under me in this matter?’. So your answer should be ‘No. I do not stand under you in this matter.’.
Keep your CLCL card on you at all times and don’t have a driving license or passport on you. Banks, etc will all accept CLC card as evidence of who you are if you push. You might need a utility bill or something similar as well though.
