In the UK at least we are able to self certify a health condition that can exempt us from wearing a mask.

If I had to I would most likely create my own along the lines of something like this:
I have a health condition.
I do not answer questions about what the condition is.
Wearing a mask would cause me severe distress.

As an alternative, since masks can cause hypoxia and can lead to other health issues then a liberal work over with a needle should increase the airflow to more acceptable levels and yet not alter the appearance of the muzzle, sporry mask.

Should you get fined then perhaps the approach would be to return the notice within 72 hours with No consent and No contract written on it – or a notice of conditional acceptance in line with my other videos. You can do some research as you see fit.
