Taking Control of Your Health: The Self-Sovereign Approach | Amandha Vollmer

https://youtu.be/GQ-vM?

What if the key to optimal health isn’t found in a prescription pad, but in your own informed decision-making? In a world where medical professionals increasingly rely on fear tactics and ultimatums, reclaiming autonomy over your body and health choices has never been more critical—or more challenging.

In this eye-opening episode, we sit down with Amanda, the educator behind Yummy.Doctor, who introduces us to the self-sovereign health model. This isn’t about rejecting all medical advice or going it alone—it’s about becoming educated enough to critically evaluate information, make informed choices, and resist the fear-based programming that keeps so many people trapped in cycles of dependency. Amanda explains that self-sovereignty means taking radical responsibility for your health outcomes while maintaining the wisdom to seek support when truly needed.

Big Pharma – Criminal Masterminds

FIRST, DO NO HARM

PROFIT, POWER, CONTROL… At Any Cost!

I am sharing this PDF book here, with permission of the author. It is also available on Amazon.

“From the day we are born, we are influenced, our thought processes are manipulated

BIG PHARMA CRIMINAL MASTERMINDS

This book is relatively unpolished; it’s a little raw and rough around the edges, and as I’ve pulled no punches, my bluntness may at times upset people of a sensitive nature.

If it were a TV programme, then some viewer discretion would be advised.

Just be prepared: It can be quite a shock, and very hard to accept, that everything you think you know is a lie!

Furthermore, I write this book largely in a state of perpetual anger at the pharmaceutical industry, our puppet governments and inept politicians, which I feel sure you will rather quickly gather.

Saying goodbye to my inguinal hernia

In 2009 I noticed an odd pain near my right groin when sitting for long periods at my desk. Knowing what I know now about health I would have paid attention to this messenger. At the time I did not.  Sometime later I was carrying a heavy item to my car and the hernia let go. I dropped the box and vomited with the pain.

And so began nearly 15 years of trial and error to deal with this.  I tried walking around with my hand pressing on it to get relief.  Not ideal when you need both hands, and people also wonder what you are doing. I tried strong duct tape – not a great idea when you are a hairy as me. I tried these weird undergarment that provide support ish!  The best assist I found was a plastic sunglasses case that had rounded sides and ends.  I could wedge this under the waistband and belt of my jeans and it did a pretty good job of supporting me. My thought was if I can provide support perhaps the tear or whatever it was would heal.
